The research group is for financial and insurance industry employees and this research use purposive sampling to distribute questionnaire in Taiwan. The results came to 319 effective samples and the effective returns-ratio is 85.07%. The main results of this study are as follows: (1) job stress of employee has significantly positive effect on emotional exhaustion; (2) emotional exhaustion has significantly pos-itive effect on workplace deviance behavior; (3) job stress of employee has significantly positive effect on workplace deviance behavior; (4) the employee’s emotional exhaustion has some mediating effects to job stress and workplace deviance behavior.
