Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 100 === This thesis aims to explore the effect of classroom-management on student learn-ing motivation. In addition, this research, based on non-new immigration children and new immigration children, was carried out to probe into the impact of student cultural context on the classroom-management and the student learning motivation. Based on questionnaires survey, we have distributed 400 copies in total. Of them, we have got 380 copies back. Taken out 32 incomplete and null copies, there are 348 valid copies. The results indicate the effect of classroom-management on student learning motiva-tion. As for the moderating effect of student cultural context with class-room-management and student learning motivation have had a striking effect. More-over, only when the student cultural context is new immigration children will the ef-fect of classroom-management on the student learning motivation.
