Besides, whether it will come out different result under the job stress, the study came out the below conclusions: 1. The relationships between personality and organizational commitment of OTJ adult master course students (A) The OTJ adult master course students with more extraversion, the more willingness to work hard. (B) The OTJ adult master course students with more agreeableness, the more identity to the organization. (C) The OTJ adult master course students with more conscientiousness, the less inclination to keep the job. (D) The OTJ adult master course students with more openness to experience, the more willingness to work hard. (E) There is not significant correlation to the OTJ adult master course student with neuroticism in the organizational commitment (effort, value and keep the job). 2. The interference of job stress to the relationship between personality and organizational commitment (A) The OTJ adult master course students with extraversion, the more job stress, the less impact to the organizational commitment. (B) The OTJ adult master course students with conscientiousness, the less impact to organizational commitment (effort, value and keep the job). (C) The OTJ adult master course students with neuroticism, the more job stress, the less impact to the willingness to work hard. (D) The OTJ adult master course students with openness to experience, the more job stress, the less impact to the effort commitment, value commitment and the commitment of inclination to keep the job. The conclusion proves there is difference existed in the studying period, the OTJ adult master course students with different personality (Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism and Openness to Experience) have the different performance to effort commitment, value commitment and the commitment of inclination to keep the job. The interference of job stress will impact the relationships between personality and organizational commitment.
