碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 100 === The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation and relationships of junior high school teachers’ self-efficacy, job stress and job involvement, and to examine whether job stress has a moderate effect between teacher self-efficacy and job involvement. Relevant literature and documents were collected to build the theoretical framework. Then a questionnaire was designed as the research tool. Junior high school teachers in Changhua County were used as the research population. The total number of questionnaires were 400; 376 were returned and 353 were valid. The return rate was 88.2%. Factor analysis, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression were used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The conclusions are as follows. 1. Teacher self-efficacy is positively related to job involvement. 2. Job stress has moderate effect between teacher self-efficacy and job involvement. According to the results of this study, some suggestions for schools, teachers and future studies are proposed.
