Relevant literature and documents were collected to build the theoretical framework. Then a questionnaire was designed as the research tool. Junior high school teachers in Changhua County were used as the research population. The total number of questionnaires were 400; 376 were returned and 353 were valid. The return rate was 88.2%. Factor analysis, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression were used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The conclusions are as follows. 1. Teacher self-efficacy is positively related to job involvement. 2. Job stress has moderate effect between teacher self-efficacy and job involvement.
