This research is main to adopt the questionnaire method the collection the data, issuing the questionnaire to people in the finance. Results indicated that re-employment motivation positively correlates to job fit. professional competency and role identity demonstrate a negative moderating effect on re-employment motivation positively correlates to job fit. Further research and practical implications of these findings are discussed.
