Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 會計資訊學系碩士班 === 100 === The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between re-employment motivation and job fit. professional competency and role identity are then introduced to examine the moderator effect on re-employment motivation and job fit. This research is main to adopt the questionnaire method the collection the data, issuing the questionnaire to people in the finance. Results indicated that re-employment motivation positively correlates to job fit. professional competency and role identity demonstrate a negative moderating effect on re-employment motivation positively correlates to job fit. Further research and practical implications of these findings are discussed.
