On May 13, 2011 before the pre-test questionnaires and in the May 26, 2011 after the retrieve of post-test questionnaire to a sampling method convenient to observe the value of 200 students to participate in healthy eating lecture. Da-Yeh University campus a sample was located. In the data collected by descriptive statistics, factor analysis and inferential statistics, primarily to obtain the following results: (A) The participants were the freshers to the senior year extension of students, males accounted for 58.5%, women 41.5%.The participants in the institute of management(69.5%),in the foreign language institute(11.5%),in the institute of design(8%), in the industrial institute(6.5%) and in the biological science and technology institute(4.5%). The students lived on the campus(23.1%), the off-campus housing(60.3%) and lived at home(16.6%). (B) The study found that in the factor analysis of Da-Yeh students' learning styles into three types, namely, "visual and auditory patterns", " participants read the form," and "interactive pattern participants." The visual and auditory pattern of participants were progressed to 71%. The interactive pattern of participants were progressed to 56%. The read the form of participants were progressed to 51%. (C) The students participate in healthy eating lecture attitudes, knowledge and cognitive behavior before and after, there are significant changes in before and after the lecture. The most significant progress on the attitude of dietary intake which found that participants in the visual and auditory learning patterns best.
