For product availability and cost-effectiveness, it belongs to waste resources. Human changes ecological environment with ”Design”, resulted in biological can not through long-term evolution and than adapt to man-made changes. Therefore the products and other creatures of design、Manufacture、Marketing and use is a 「Disaster」for nature ecosystems. Baby carriages in addition to think about security、price、capability and other aspect, have to considered about Green Design concepts implant to products, make it both depleting the resources of protection the earth. This paper in accordance with baby carriages to proceeding market research and patent retrieval and use of green design concepts and Theory for Solving Inventive Problems(TRIZ) to improve the versatility, versatility of baby carriages and prolonging life. Which the 39 Engineering Parameters and 40 Inventive Principles in Contradiction Matrix of TRIZ method to improve the creative for baby carriages. There is a creativity of dual-purpose car to prolonging life and comply with the green concepts. Hope the research performance could provide a reference for pre-design、manufacture、purchasers of baby carriages or user of baby carriages, and also do something for environmental protection of the earth.
