The research starts with the chronological order and characterization to introduce own personal experience as a home-visit counselor and how she has been grown from this special experience. This study expresses how a master degree graduate of Early Childhood Education earns self-esteem and balance between counselor and the childcare individual, “Nanny”, and becomes a Nanny of the nannies to be there to give them advices. From the point of view of a Community Childcare Provider, a Home-Visit Counselor is a counselor that helps with their difficulties “for real”, or they’re just here because the government says so? And from the government’s point of view, is a Home-Visit Counselor a person with loads of welfare benefit information, or a sales person trying to help them get more money from the childcare? And for the Home-Visit Counselor him or herself, they want to know what the main point of their job is and what it means to others? Counselors will work hard to help others; however, what is the force behind this motive? The investigator of this narrative wants to spread out the information and trying to help everyone to understand how this complicated relationship is actually very simple. Everything must start with passion, unless it’s twisted somewhere along the way. The researcher is trying to let everyone understand that no matter what kind of job they get, they have to know the meaning and the driving force behind, so that everyone will be enjoyed with their jobs, and not pressured.
