Taking the public high school mass organization teachers as the object of this research, it carried on the purposive questionnaire survey. The amount of questionnaire was 570, and the recycling of effective questionnaire was 570; in short, the effective returns-ratio reaches 100%. Using the SPSS12.0 software to analyze descriptive statistics, the reliability analysis, the exploring factor analysis, the Pearson relevance analysis, the regression analysis, the results are as follows: 1.The personality had a significant relation with the group atmosphere. Personalities such as “the intelligent openness”, “the rigorous automatic rhythmicity” and “flare dominant” were positive relative to the group atmosphere like “society the gauge”, “the competition” and “satisfaction.” 2.The leadership pattern had a significant influence to the group atmosphere The leadership pattern may forecast the group atmosphere; furthermore, “open-type and democracy” had the greatest influence to group atmosphere especially on the “society gauge”, “competition” and “satisfaction” part. This research suggested that the clubs’ teachers of high schools can the use “open-type and democracy” of the leadership pattern to lead the clubs in order to promote the relationship between clubs’ teachers and students, and group atmosphere.
