Description
Summary:碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 資訊工程系碩士班 === 100 === In recent years, the compulsory education of Taiwan does not permit physical punishments, only does the spiriting influence and reform. But, in the elementary school, the ratio of student and teacher is always very high. Thus, the work load of teacher is not only to teach and finish the courses on time, but also manage the rule and order of class. These works are to manage the class and let the teaching work easier. Therefore, the goal of this study is used the heart rate variability analysis to evaluate the work load of teachers of the elementary school. There were 36 volunteers’ teachers attending this experiment who belong to low, middle, and high grades. The hard work load is defined as teaching three classes, continuously. The light work load is defined as teaching non or one class within one half day. According to the variables of teacher including seniority, gender, age, grade, married, and body mass index et al., we did the heart rate variability analysis. The results show that the hard work load and the light work load have the significant different.
