碩士 === 清雲科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 100 === In this study, to integrate the analysis of the performance evaluation, risk measurement and the remuneration of directors, supervisors, and managers on the 23 listed shipping companies; then to find the company''s overall operating performance is relatively better. Financial performance evaluation model for selection by using data envelopment analysis (DEA) to calculate the number of inputs and multiple outputs. The elements of financial five force analysis, five choice of earning power, growth force, activity, productivity, stability and power production, operating expenses / equity, total operating costs / equity to assets / equity are put into the project to analyze the financial performance of each shipping company. Three methods of variance - covariance, historical simulation and Monte Carlo simulation method are applied. Our research purposes are: 1. financial Five Forces analysis on listed companies to research the remuneration of the directors, supervisors and managers of listed shipping companies in Taiwan; 2. Measuringthe value of listed shipping companies to equity price risk; 3. The performance evaluation, risk measurement and integrated analysis of the remuneration of directors, supervisors and managers. The research results provide a comprehensive assessment method for the measure of shipping stocks, and to provide reference information for the investing public policy makers and management. The empirical financial performance, risk measurement integration with the directors, supervisors and managers pay squared analysis to provide relevant recommendations. Transport15 operating performance is the most excellent, the corporate financial performance is quite good for the risk control capacity, and the remuneration of the directors, supervisors and managers receive at least; Two Transport13 Transport05 companies, operating performance are also an excellent risk control and has a good performance, but the directors, supervisors and managers received pay high price, as for Transport16 whether it is financial performance, risk management or the directors, supervisors and executive compensation and should have some amendment to effectively control risks and reduce the degree of risk.
