In accordance with the tendency of demand of Lifelong Learning, coordinating the policy of Ministry of Education, as well as providing a better Lifelong Learning environment and promise warranty, the related organizations of Extension Education ought to devote the training quality and result in order to enhance the sustainable development of Extension Education. The purpose of this study is to explore the effects that the performance of Extension Education affects on the financial Budgeting performance of the university. According to literature review, we understood the importance of competitiveness and sustainable development of extension education Organizations, and then we performed a panel data to analyze and discuss the connection between the performance of extension education and the profit or loss of the university. The conclusion, implication, and suggestion of this study are as follows: It is not essential for private universities or technology universities or national universities to develop extension education. under the policy of developing self-provided funds, universities ought to develop different revenue system for themselves. Private universities and technology universities should pay more attention to increase the income of tuition and grant; besides, national universities should reduce the weighted of non-operating revenue and expenditure.
