In this paper, use of finite element method to analyze the brake system and to understand the mechanical properties, strain- stress, and under different braking force to understand the state of the disc temperature and heat distribution. In the results of this study, Symmetric model can be used to unilateral analysis to reduce the analysis time and setting error. The different diameter piston disc brakes design has the effect of improvement uneven wear, different brake pressure, time and speed to simulate the force to make the temperature distribution and differences in the piece of friction.
