Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 機械工程研究所 === 100 === When the compensative load of bearing recess pressure fluctuates,theoretically, the flow rate can remain steady under the circumstance of satisfying certain conditions with design parameters in spite of the constant changes of loading pressure. In this thesis, the laboratory experiment validated the theory. Then we explored the Spool-type Constant Flow Valve which invented by this laboratory. The valve can get its steady regulation flow with the changes of spring initial preload. This research proved that the regulation flow is positive to the diameter of the spool, the recess of flow regulation and the spring parameters, whereas it is negative to viscosity and the area of spools.
