In this thesis, at first the system is based on RS485 communication interface and MICROCHIP PIC16F887 MCU, using Altium Designer 6 to design the prototype circuit and then using IC LTC1487 output drivers as the controlled for RS485, the design including a power supply output voltage sensor and PG detection, between PS and AC cycle test control. Then, the firmware supports the function of online update, making a large number of control boards to process more conveniently and faster. In addition, combine LABVIEW software and database created for GUI, it provide the operator easier to control and operate, and this test records could be saved and for customers to review. Finally, when the power supply burn-in room test monitor system is implemented, the fails in power supply could be filterable to enhance the product quality. The contributions of this thesis include three parts: 1. It could find out of wrong components and problems in the mass production. 2. It could reduce the Return Management Application (RMA) to enhance the quality of products; also alleviate R &; D and factory manufacture cost. 3. The flexible setting of the test rules could meet customers’ requirements. Therefore, a better quality of merchandise for our customers and users would be achieved.
