Different from other studies, this thesis takes into account the speed changing of the mobile station (MS) in the city environment. The time of arrival method is employed to measure the transmission signals between base stations and the mobile station inside the cellular network. Then, the T-S fuzzy technique adaptively adjusts process noise covariance in the interacting-multiple-model algorithm such that the influence of the varying speed of the MS and the non-line-of-sight is greatly reduced. Simulations show that the proposed method can accurately locate the MS in a rough city environment than other methods. Tan-Jan Ho 何天讚 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 58 zh-TW
