The results showed that nanoparticle eletrolyete produced by hydrothermal method, TEM and HRTEM pictures reveal the size and single crystal, XRD spectra and electron diffraction partten show the crystal structure is cubic, and element analysis with EDS. The pellets be pressed into disks at different pressure and sintered at different temperature, and the surface structure analysis with SEM image. The ion conductivity determind by AC impendence. This study researched that ion conductivity change through the temperature goes up. And the highest conductivity is ScSZ. But these materials operated at 900℃ for 1440 minutes show that decadence of ScSZ can be observed, and YSZ kept more stable. Therefore, Sc and Y doped in the ZrO2 (ScYSZ) own more stable than ScSZ and the conductivity higher than YSZ. The conductivity of ScYSZ mixed with ITO (ITO-ScYSZ) perform better than ScSZ, and stability is also better than ScSZ at 900℃ for 1440 minutes. The most importance is that ITO-ScYSZ has the same stability with ScYSZ and own better conductivity than ScYSZ. Finally , hydrothermal method can makes nanoparticle eletrolyete easily, and doped Sc and Y can make more stable than ScSZ and the conductivity higher than YSZ at the same time, and ScYSZ mixed with ITO has the same stability with ScYSZ and own better conductivity with ScSZ.
