Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system enables an organization to integrate all major operating procedures (Shehab et al.2004), but not all enterprises are successful. It is not uncommon that ERP implementation often fails due to errors in ERP implementation which may result in giving up on the ERP implementation project or even financial problems of a company. Many scholars and researchers have begun to explore the factors of ERP implementation success and failure. Past studies have focused on the ERP implementation critical success factors identified at the managerial level or organizational level, or at the introduction stage. This study looks at the construction of an ERP implementation model, which will be used as the basis for future ERP system introduction from the end-user's perspective. In this study, we first discuss the rational behavioral patterns, the theory of planned behavior, technology acceptance model, social cognitive theory, innovation diffusion model, tasktechnology fit theory, adaptive structuration theory, information systems successful model and critical success factors literature. A framework based on theories and compiled critical success factors was then built into an end-user-oriented system implementation model. The model was verified through the inference modeling offered by the statistical analysis of the structural equation modeling. The employees of a company were surveyed in the ERP implementation project for the study, using questionnaires and statistical analysis as data collection methods. In this study, a total of 322 questionnaires were collected. A total of 296 copies were valid questionnaires, with 26 invalid. The response rate was 91.93%. Significant factors were discussed and a model of causal relationship was constructed as a result of this study. The study finally outlined the crictical success factors for ERP introduction and implementation from the end user’s perspective. Chiuhsian Joe Lin Ling-Huey Su 林久翔 蘇玲慧 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 139 zh-TW
