Summary:碩士 === 建國科技大學 === 土木與防災研究所 === 100 === The world is currently facing shortage of resources, climate change and environmental destruction in order to solve the problem countries have made renewable energy and green energy plan, it is important to promote renewable energy and green energy plan in order to protect the environment, the goal is a low-carbonless polluting energy, the energy in our lives, is the research and development objectives, such as wind, water, solar, ocean, tidal, etc. are the most natural energy, but also to provide a global positive energy regeneration and green Energy program .Accor ding to International Energy Agency’s Energy Technology Development Goals for the development of key technologies to achieve sustainable energy system, improve energy efficiency in various sectors , power generation technologies towards low-carbon low-pollution, etc., so the overall energy use, most energy used in power generation and transportation, the primary energy used in the highest proportion of oil energy , outside of the oil in addition to providing transportation and power generation, some industrial products required for industrial products, oil demand fell minimum, has become a key national target. Therefore , this study is the most commonly used in road paving asphalt concrete as the material of my study, the main concept is the road of foreign energy and ocean thermal energy power generation is in the bottom of the asphalt concrete pavement embedded brass, as the experiments in the pipeline system, and water is injected into the pipeline system, the heat of the asphalt concrete through water heat away ,that is, the energy get. Finally, through the temperature measurement, temperature measurement points recorded, and the operating system will sort out, and finally the mean temperature difference of 9 degrees.
