In other words, most of App software is not compatible in different OS environment. It is time and cost-consuming to implement the same App to different OS. The purpose of this research is to develop a platform (the concept of PaaS) to build the App software without coding any program. Based on this platform, App programmer could design the App software for any mobile platforms and generate the App installation package as well.
