Thirteen healthy testers used three kinds of aromatherapies: lavender essential oil, bergamot oil, rosemary essential oil. The testers breathed in by tubes and combined with autonomic nervous energy analyzer to analyze the actual data. It explored the influence of essential oil aromatherapy to autonomic nerves and the main impact factors ranking of physical pressure removing. By means of Gray relational applications analysis, it is proved to facilitate the clinical interpretation of autonomic nervous energy analyzer. The experimental results proved the main impact factors ranking of three kinds of essential oils to alleviate pressure aromatherapies in smoothing pressure is: PSI pressure index> HRT average heart beat rate> LF sympathetic nerve (low frequency)> HF parasympathetic nerve (high frequency). After using lavender essential oil, bergamot essential oil, rosemary essential oil, the heart beat rate variables vales indicates pressure index reduction and high frequency power increasing significantly. Clinical trials proved these three essential oil aromatherapies have the effects of smoothing, stability and relieving. They are also proved to stabilize hear beat rate and reduce pressure.
