Summary: | 碩士 === 建國科技大學 === 電子工程系暨研究所 === 100 === In this dissertation, a new electrical power management system is designed for light electric vehicles (LEV). The power sources are come from Li-battery and Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC). Using gray model GM(1,n), based on the gray theory, the design structure of electrical power system is established for estimating the power of motor. Then, matching with the competition electrical power management system, the powers of Li-battery and PEMFC are compared each other and share its power by switching way which can achieve the objective of power management more efficiently. The parameters of LEV are the voltage, current, power and et al. At beginning, the performance test for Li-battery and PEMFC should be done. Then, the power management system of LEV is designed. From the simulation results, the design power management system, which can supply electrical power during the operation period, will go on work to the exhaust of fuel and will not cause the problem of cessation. Therefore, the good response of power management can be achieved efficiently.
