Summary:碩士 === 中臺科技大學 === 文教事業經營研究所 === 100 === The main purposes of this research were to investigate the current status about the difficulties in teaching, and the urgencies about the needs of support in teaching for the teachers of lower grades in elementary schools in Taichung City, which used self-made questionnaire "Questionnaire fort the difficulties and needs in teaching of teachers of lower grades in elementary schools in Taichung City "as the tool in survey. The samples were chosen from the teachers of lower grades in 77 Taichung Municipal elementary schools,with 492 effective questionnaires. Taichung Municipal Based on descriptive statistics, t-test, and ANOVA test, the consequence of the analysis shows that in these situations and conditions, teachers have more probabilities of facing difficulties in teaching: (1)teachers under 40 years old are easier to feel difficult in teaching than those who are over 40.(2) class that has student who was born by foreign parents.(3)teachers in schools of Tun district.(4)teachers who are young or unexperienced.(5)teachers who graduated from graduate school or teachers college.(6)schools that have large scale.(7)class that has the student with disable. As to the urgencies about the needs of support in teaching, the consequence indicates that these 7 points should be regarded as the first , the needs of support in teaching.(1)reduce numbers of students in calss,don’t exceed hour expense. (2)the school should provide the support of manpower and material resources in teaching and counseling sufficiently.(3)increase the quota of disposition of lower grade teachers,in order to help students’ life instruction. (4)request parents to emphasize to train imprortance children’s independence.(5) parents should cultivate their children to listen carefully and obey rules.(6) the disable student should take authentication as soon as possible, and accept the early time cures nurtures.(7) kindergartens and nursery schools have to strengthen the training of the daily life rule and adjustment of habits. The conclusions of this research are made for educational uthorities,schools , teachers in elementary schools ,and parents as suggestions and consultation.
