| Summary: | 碩士 === 中臺科技大學 === 健康產業管理研究所 === 100 === Background：The work performance affected by the work ethics is an important issue. By reviewing foreign literature, we found that the literature of family and work ethics had been reported, respectively, but the correlation between them was generally insufficient. However, if we know their correlation, it will not only improve the relationship of boss and employees but also make parents understand the importance of the family education.
Purpose：The purpose of this study will focus on exploring the correlation between the family ethics and work ethics. How to promote the agreeable condition of the work ethics and the better performance in work is an important issue for both of boss and employees in the company.
Methods：In order to understand if the family education of the employees will affect the performance of the work ethics, we will use a three-part questionnaire exploring aspects of oral health in this study.
Results：Collected quantitative data will be analyzed with Statistical Product and Service Solutions (Version 18). The results will provide all fields of boss and employees in the company as a reference to improve the bad performance of work due to bad attitude of the work ethics.
Conclusions: The relationship of family ethics including parents, partner and children is related to one of work ethics including boss, colleague and subordinate, respectively.
