To make better, more accurate gadgets is thus a key point of being researched, and the products made of those better gadgets are immediately applied on communication, 3C products, micro operation, micro robots. This essay focuses on skills related to hob-manufacturing micro gears and broach - manufacturing ring gears to discuss tool profile geometry, products geometry, and the way to build a parameterize design, and discusses the key point how the micro gears have to be designed and manufactured when modulus is between 0.1 mm and 0.16 mm, and design a fewer-teeth micro gear which has side clearance and tooth tip profile correction to increase the flexibility of the design of a spur gear. In one hand a low-modulus micro gear which is not annoyed will have a higher the reduce rate of speed, in the other hand this can make a reducer tinier. This essay brings up some examples of a few pair of gears. And complete the ANSYS analysis and the formula-proved work of bending fatigue stress of gear root and tooth contact fatigue stress by these examples, for the will of combining mathematics, drawing software, analyzing software and theory analysis and proving, to be a great tool to design a micro gear fast and effectively.
