Promote the quality of life of households, community management and providing home security, thus increasing the added value. Typically, the price gap is large, homebuyers will yield to the price factor and give up part of the environment, ancillary facilities and other requirements, such as the price gap is limited, the majority of homebuyers may be willing to spend a little money to meet their comfort expectations.
