Development of the skyline has a number of factors, such as politics, economy, specification, architectural form, urban design, layout, etc.; in the implementation of urban design, land use zoning floor area ratio has a direct impact for the city skyline as the main tool , this study suggests that Kaohsiung Love River downstream segment is in love with the main section, but also the convergence of the hinterland of the glorious pier here has to observe the conditions of many Kaohsiung landmark, skyline can shape beautiful. However, the current situation survey found here more for the commercial 5 land, in accordance with current norms build the city skyline is bland, the possibility of future construction because of this lifestyle affect change, if the existing norms for the skyline of control have little effect, for here there will be a lot of landscape impact.
