| Summary: | 碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 營建工程研究所 === 100 === This study is to develop a critical quality item of petrochemical plant tower for the safety and quality inspection , based on “Public construction quality management system”. Applied to the tower of petrochemical plant which includes construction method, construction step (sequence),reorganizing quality management standard ,making a list of the tower quality management standard, combined the test plan of the tower .Developing out a critical quality item of petrochemical plant. According to the critical quality item to find out the dangerous machinery and equipment safety inspection rules; Then the equipment can achieve safety level and ensure to meet quality requirements.
In order to ensure the tower construction quality of petrochemical plant. An non-destructive test(RT, radiographic test) is applied. Qualified engineer can review the defect of welding equipment and analyzed the root cause to submit the improvement method. Hence, based on the “Public construction quality management system “to develop a frame of quality inspection which can efficiently ensure the tower of petrochemical plat quality and implementation.
