Summary:碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 100 === This study aimed to investigate the relationship between motivating factors, organizational cultures and job satisfactions of the blood donation center staff. The research subjects were the staff of Kaohsiung blood center, and a questionnaire method were used. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 17.0 for Windows, including descriptive analyses, T-test analyses, single-factor analyses of variance and regression analyses. Research conclusions were summarized as follows: 1. Blood Donation Center staff believes that the current performance bonus, welfare measures, their service unit will assume the responsibilities of job and income protection (such as the labor insurance, health insurance, injury insurance, retirement fund, etc.) were still satisfied. On the other hand, the superior has more authority, often use the command tone to speak, the incentive fund, the opportunity to promote, employee participation in decision-making, and the rationality of the method of implementation of policies were still not well, need be further explored. 2. The significant differences in external financial rewards, bureaucratic culture, organizational culture and supportive culture of motivating factor were found for the staff with different degree of education. 3. The staff with different years of service yields the difference in external financial rewards of motivating factor. 4. The non-financial and internal rewards of motivating factor increased yields the higher satisfied of pay, social interaction, generally meets and overall job satisfaction of staff. 5. The higher of the support culture, the overall organizational culture and the social interaction lead advance satisfactions of the social interaction, the general meets and overall job satisfaction. 6. The higher external financial rewards provide more satisfied with the bureaucratic culture. The more non-financial rewards, internal rewards and motivating factor the more satisfied of supportive culture, innovative culture and the overall organizational culture were found. 7. The more support of the bureaucratic culture, supportive culture and overall organizational culture yield external financial rewards, non-financial, internal rewards and the overall motivating factor were promoted. 8. The more of the external financial rewards, non-financial, bureaucratic culture, innovative culture, motivating factor and overall organizational culture the more of pay, social interaction, and the overall job satisfaction were obtained. The more supportive culture exist the more satisfied of social interaction, general meets were received.
