Summary: | 碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 運動健康與休閒所 === 100 === The level of stability and accuracy of long jumping approach run is the main factor to influence whether jumpers can have successful sprint acceleration and jumping. Those elements will also have effect on the distance of jumping. Apart from the environmental factor, personal operating factor and the psychological factor are also the key elements. In this research, the image training of the psychological and technical training method was used to intervene the jumper run approach training. By the document analysis, the best training content and approaches were obtained. The meditating approach run in long jump was carried out for eight weeks, by nine professional long jumpers and triple jumpers( average height 168.67±6.89 centimeters, average weight 59.56±9.81 kilogram and average age 17.22±1.56, average training time 4±1.32 year) in Kaohsiung, Shin Min track and field training station. Their professional achievement is above third place of city and county level. This study leads to a conclusion verified by one-way ANOVA, repeated measures, Pearson correlation and path analysis test. Firstly, image training was shown to increase the stability of takeoff but not the stability of acceleration sprint. Secondly, the success rate of accuracy of jumping position was increased with the image training. There was significant improvement in every test. Thirdly, acceleration speed using rate, approach run speed and movement of meditating ability had a significant relation between them. Yet, approach run using rate and movement of meditating ability were not directly related. Lastly, image training increased the success rate of accuracy and stability of jumping. The influenced path through the help of acceleration speed, indirectly affected the stability and accuracy of jumping.
