This study investigated the import six sigma of the cultural measure of performance, especially the six sigma of the technical and tactical quality (Q), culture Acceptance (A) , the dimensions of quality performance (P) and bring up the effectiveness (E) of the main. In this study, methods of Six Sigma, cultural acceptance, organizational performance, the performance of the quality literature, the establishment of the integration of Six Sigma and organizational culture framework, based on demographic variables (gender, department, job titles, role played and years) to implement the Six Sigma attributes, cultural acceptance and quality performance of the questionnaire design, to use Likert five o'clock measure of attitude scale, questionnaire, questionnaires were collected after finishing the deletion of invalid questionnaires, SPSS 19.0 analysis tools, conclusions and suggestions.
In this study, through the Reliability Analysis, One-Way ANOVA Analysis, Correlation analysis, the corporate structure analysis, differences of Six Sigma and quality (Q), acceptance (A), quality performance (P), the analysis can be learned, business excellence effectiveness (E) is 54.734, behalf of “enterprises significant tactical achievements, the implementation of the project focuses on maintaining a Six Sigma implementation.” If companies want to achieve “has reached cultural transformation, but may need to spend more time let them better” the effectiveness (E) need to improve to 61-80, and improved the quality (Q) increase from 7.56 to 7.88, acceptance (A) increased from 7.24 and 7.76, the effectiveness (E) increased to 61.149; to further improve to “have reached cultural transformation, six sigma world-class enterprise” you need to improve the effectiveness (E) to 81 - 100 to improve the quality (Q) increased from 7.56 for 9.20, acceptance (A) increase from 7.24 to 8.86, the effectiveness (E) increased to 81.512.
