To confirm that cell death is the type of apoptosis, and further use of DAPI staining and Western blot to identify. The experimental results show that with the different concentration increased and the time point, we see a decreasing trend in the cell under bright field, but the cells under fluorescent vision, the phenomenon of nuclear stain there is no significant performance, cannot alone DAPI staining to determine the cell apoptosis situation. Western blot experiment results show that, regardless of any point in time and concentration can be found that apoptosis is not obvious, suspect that there may be other kinds of cell death mode, perhaps guided by the mitochondrial death, there may be in another showing a manner of death. Based on the above results, this study shows, can be found in MTT experiments, see the fact of death of cells, DAPI staining and Western blot experiments, apoptosis of the situation is not very obvious, only the MTT information description of cell death, so the need to explore in the end is due to what factors, resulting in cell death, to investigate with a view to the future to the bottom, to find other paths can contribute to bladder cancer.
