Description
Summary:碩士 === 中山醫學大學 === 生化暨生物科技研究所 === 100 === Systemic lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune disease, due to genetic, infectious, environmental, and endocrine factors interact and lead to immune function disordered, abnormal lymphocytes, will mistaken for self cells to produce autoantibodies autoantibodies into the cellular organelles to trigger an immune response, damage cells, resulting in a large number of cell debris, but also produce a large number of immune complexes along the blood flow throughout the body, causing chronic inflammation of the systemic inflammatory signaling pathways, and will start produce inflammation, affect cell proliferation and differentiation. Autoantibodies in systemic down blood flow, resulting in lesions in the liver, the liver cells since the antibody identification, causing autoimmune hepatitis, autoimmune hepatitis will lead to cirrhosis, hepatomegaly, gallbladder obstruction, autoimmune regarded as an important key to the treatment of diseases, due to the disease process of autoimmune hepatitis will accelerate, slow down the effects of treatment, but also affect the patient''s living habits, in the treatment of autoimmune diseases will as the first treatment target for autoimmune hepatitis. In this study, we fed six months of probiotics to patients with systemic lupus erythematosus mice simulation, remove the liver, inflammation of the liver disease impact for systemic lupus erythematosus in mice, and in the results can observed that the original increase in inflammatory cytokines, after feeding probiotics can effectively reduce inflammation-related cytokines, and further to influence the performance of related proteins in the fat inflammation in the message path, slowing the case of inflammation, so probiotics can effectively slow down the disease, autoimmune hepatitis and to improve the difficulties in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus
