The samples are measured by Laser Diffraction Submicron particle size analyzer and viscos meter and can be observed different size distribution diverseness of viscosity the variation of particle size and viscosity and their stability. When the rate of Olivem 1000 in the lotion formula is 3%, the average particle size will become bigger as the rate of sweet almond oil increase. On the other hand, if the rate of Olivem 1000 is 5%, the average particle size will become smaller when the rate of Sweet Almond oil increase. At the regular revolution (0.1 rpm), its viscosity will change obviously when the content of sweet almond oil increase. The transition temperature of lotion that contains 3% Olivem 1000 is at 60 degree and 5% Olivem 1000 is at 62 degree. Adding Olivem 1000 rate in the lotion, the transition temperature will rise a little and its enthalpy increase obviously. The lotion formula which contains 3% Olivem, 5% lavender essential oil and 30% sweet almond oil, the transition enthalpy it needs is the smallest. It can be found that lotion formulas adding 5% lavender essential oil have good physical stability at room temperature. However, they only can maintain at most 30 days stability after adding 5% essential oil at 50℃. From the antibacterial experiment on lotion formulas, we find out the efficacy of 5% lavender essential oil. That is it can postpone the growth of colonies. In addition, from the test of essential oils evaporation for the variation of lotion weight, it reveals lotion formulas can reduce essential oils evaporation rate. Therefore, the study was found 30% sweet almond oil, 3% Olivem 1000, and 5% lavender oil is the best formula. wanggh@mail.chna.edu.tw Chia-Hua Liang 周宗翰 梁家華 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 65 zh-TW
