Summary: | 碩士 === 中國醫藥大學 === 藥物化學研究所碩士班 === 100 === The genus Typha (Typhaceae) consists of Several species distributed through out the world, and about 10 species are found in China. Chinese Medicine Pollen Typha is the pollen of all species of Typha such as T. angustifolia Linn., T. latifolia Linn., T. orientalis Presl. et. al., Typhaceae has the function of hemostasis and removing stasis, and is often used in the treatment of dysmenorrheal, stranguria, and injuries in traditional Chinese medicine. In my present study, 50% aqueus EtOH solvent extract of the pollen of T. latifolia Linn. Investigation of the partition fraction EtOAc-soluble fraction of T. latifolia Linn has led to the isolation of one new aromatic, 1-(4-Hydroxy-3, 5-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-methoxypropanone (A 18*), the first report of the occurrence in natural resource,3,4-Dimethoxy-3'',4''-methylenedioxy- benzophenone (OT 5**), and there were 38 known compounds that were isolated from Pollen Typha : including 5 steroid :?n??-Sitosterol (ST 1), Stigamasterol (ST 2), 5-Stigmasten -3??,7?? -diol (ST 3), Saringosterol (ST 4), Ducasterol (ST 5), 4-Oxopinoresinol (L 1), Mayuenolide (L 2), Zhepiresiolol (L 3), 3 Flavonoid : Naringenin (F 1), 3,5,7- Trihydroxy-2 -(3-hydroxy-4- methoxyphenyl)-4H-chromen-4-one (F 2), Quercetin (F 3), 18 Aromatic : 4-Methoxyphenol(A 1), 4-(2-Hydroxyethyl)phenol (A 2), Methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate (A 3), p-Toluic acid (A 4), Vanillin (A 5), Vanillic acid (A 6), 4-Hydroxybenzoic acid (A 7), Protocatechuic acid (A 8), Syringaldehyde (A 9), Syringic acid (A 10), Cinnamic acid (A 11), (E)-Courmaric acid (A 12), trans-ferulic acid (A 13), Methyl ferulate (A 14), (Z)-Courmaric acid (A 15), 3-Hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxyl-3-methoxy-phenyl)propan-1-one(A16), 3–Hydroxy -1-(4-hydroxyl-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)propan-1-one (A 17), Methyl caffeate(A 19), 2 Dimers : 3,3'',5,5''-Tetramethoxybiphenyl-4,4''-diol (D 1), 4,4`-methylene-bis-(2-methoxyphenol) (D 2), 2 Glyceride : 1,3-O- Diferuloylglycerol (G 1), 1-O-Feruloyl-3- O-p-cocumaroylglycerol (G 2), 4 Others compounds : 4-Oxopentanoic acid (OT 1), 4-Hydroxyhept-2-enoic acid (OT 2), Linoleic acid (OT 3), Linolenic acid (OT 4), and 1 Apocarotenoid : Phaseic acid (AP 1).
