In this study, the case of Wanwan corporation invest San Want Hotel, application the method of document Analysis and In-depth interview establishment the research, Trying to understand how’s the management mechanism of San Want Hotel which one who has a manufacturing background? Attempt to organizational culture and organizational effectiveness to explore the industrial development and the viability of strategic. Finally, the conclusion to analyze the process diversification of Wanwan, we derive San Want Hotel was facing into ineffective organizational culture, problems of organizational adjustment and organizational effectiveness appeared contraction.
