The invention of computers has changed the way we live, the use of the network link to every corner of the world, then composes the concept of the global village. The Internet has developed rapidly in recent decades. Innovation and revolution has change the way it works. E-Commence has change those consumer behavior patterns, and the use of housing-related website to collect information has become a research topic. It not only changed the trading behavior patterns of the traditional dwellings, and also promoted residential sale and purchase transactions even more diverse and mobility. The results of information transparency for buyers and sellers who utilize technology can both enjoy the convenience and lower transaction costs. The traditional of Real Estate consumer used to select the area first, then the majority of people began to look around. They read some newspapers , magazines, ads etc. With confusion, they don' t know how to start properly, the first time dwellings buyer might have much more regrets. After the era of E-Commence, a large amount of Real Estate information readily available. The Real Estate industry use great number of mobile Internet capabilities to provide complete object, so that consumers can save a lot of time and budgets. This study start to explore the consumer behavior patterns. Through the collection and analysis of relevant literature, we illustrate the products of dwellings property and the characteristics after it has commercialized, to understand those dwellings transaction current situation and the importance of network housing transaction information transparency. Based on Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), we applied questionnaire analysis to understand the changes before and after to those dwellings consumers who use the E-Commence, to provide a scientific and effective reference information for the dwellings market, and to promote a more robust trading future.
