Description
Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 機械工程學系碩士班 === 100 === In the paper one CCD camera, two laser projectors and one set of high precision X-Y-Z translation stage were used to form a structured light stripe vision system to extract the 3D data of an object surface. A dot target was used to erect a world coordinate system to calibrate the CCD camera paired with the left hand laser projectors and with the right hand laser projectors, respectively, so that two sets of camera parameters and equations of the structured light stripe planes relative to the world coordinate system were obtained. In the paper two laser projectors were used to solve the problem that the stripes may not be projected onto some part of an object surface to ensure that complete 3D surface measurement information may be acquired. A curvilinear structure detector was used to locate the center position of the light stripes with a sub-pixel accuracy to increase the 3D measurement accuracy of the system. Then the system formed by the CCD camera and left laser projectors was applied to measure the dimension of circular tubes. Results indicate that the measurement accuracy is within 5 m. In the succeeding, the system formed by the CCD camera and both laser projectors was used to measure the surface of objects and it is found that the developed system may accurately extract the complete 3D information from an object surface.
