Description
Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士在職專班 === 100 === Abstract According to the empirical observation that group decision making can not only provides people much comprehensive information and knowledge to face the rapid development of modern sciences and technologies, but also provides people much different and various point of view. fields of study in non-expertise improve the acceptance and efficiency of the decision-making, improve decision-making correctness in line with the concept of democracy (McShane &; Von Glinow, 2005). Online discussion to share and resolve their problems, can develop the ability of students to more organized clues, cooperative learning, case analysis, topic to discuss whether such as ability, by the social environment interaction affect the sharing of knowledge and learning (Leach, &; Scott,, 2000 ) and through the interaction of conflict and common knowledge, the gradual formation of known identification (Driver is, et. al., 1994). Students in such cooperation activities, conduct problems clarified, discussion, data collection and advice to integrate, and then try to put forward answers, this study proposes an online forum, the record of observation and analysis of behavioral strategies to solve the problem. Discussion on network cooperation, the majority of interaction process analysis of online discussion (Hewitt, 2005; Gunawardena, Lowe, &; Anderson, 1997; Hou, et al., 2009). Understand the analysis of online discussion whether the BY interactive course sequence the following analysis (Bakeman &; Gottman, a, 1997) as tools to test behavior for conversion between, connecting the significant nature, to gauge solution is not with the behavior between the contents of the discussion sequence the following whether the formation of differences, based on the content analysis system (Gunawardena, Lowe, &; Anderson, 1997) encoding, analyze the behavior patterns of discussion, to understand the students attempt to learn mode the face of new knowledge and make recommendations. Participants were 106, belong to two classes of undergraduate students, to discuss sharing of content online for corporate communications issues, web content, text to speech acts to quantify the qualitative coding analysis, sequence analysis of the behavior of the conversion, is usedexplore discuss the generation of behavior patterns. The study looked at students' learning to the corporate communications knowledge sharing activities online, so its contents and recommendations of the results thus affecting the limit. Keywords: behavior coding, content analysis, sequence analysis and discuss patterns of behavior.
