Various factors of bullying were despite analyzedby domestic and foreign works, but most of all are studied in specific aspects. In this study, a system dynamics point of view for school bully is constructed from comprehensive analysis. We investigate it detailed in four aspects of personal characteristics, family environment, attitudes of teacher and school environment, and then integrate all elements to causal feedback loop diagram. By mutual authentication between various factors, we suggest that bullying incident can be prevented effectively by controllingnegative emotions effectively and avoiding to contact with deviant person in terms of personal factors. Family factors leadto bully are significantlycaused by the behavior and teaching of parents, which impact on personalemotion and behavior deeply. In the terms of school factors, disposition and attitude of the teachers play a critical role. Another, the construction of a good school system and an effective feedback mechanism arealso the important solutions for preventing school bully.
