Therefore, the purposes of this study are: (A) Female police officers in criminal investigation work, the work to adapt to the situation. ( B)Of the female police officer engaged in criminal investigation work, the work put into the case. (C)Of female police officers in criminal investigation work, the workplace gender cognitive situation. ( D ) Of the female criminal investigation personnel properly related recommendations of the "work adjustment", "input" and "workplace gender awareness.” B. The Important Discovery in (A) Questionnaire: (1) Work adapt to the situation, most of the female investigators have acquired the intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction when they engage in criminal investigation work. However, due to their family and children, they will be thinking about quitting the work to seek the office work. (2) Work input into the case, it is difficult for female investigators to make a clear cut between work and rest. As for the center of their living and job involvement, there are certain problems in focusing of their work orientation and of their living. (3) Workplace gender awareness, they still feel the workplace is not well- intentioned feelings of discrimination. They consider that the relationship of the workplace and their families is based on ”Sacrifice family for the sake of work.” (B) Interview analyses: (1) adaptation–oriented female criminal investigation officer don’t have a good leisure activity planning; they don’t have specific channel to relieve their voices. (2) input-oriented job involvement, the main difficulties are caused by the cutting of work stress and family time. (3) workplace gender awareness, they still feel the existence on the non-attention and the workplace a sense of gender discrimination remains. C. The Proposed Suggestion (A) work to adapt to the intrinsic job satisfaction and extrinsic job satisfaction, timely and female investigators engaged in criminal investigation work immediately to give encouragement and reward, while the interview, conversation, and incentive practices, feel the inside of the work, the external positive feedback, beneficial to its adaptation to the criminal investigation work, guide the work of the authority and opportunity to participate in important meetings, we should also consider allowing women investigators to handle, let it be respected. the feeling of great importance. (B) for female investigators the work lasting less than the police should be timely transferred "grade of" and "adjust their business, field swap" to give a sense of accomplishment of specific practices to be retain women investigation staff personnel. (C) the degree of job involvement, police authorities should regularly review the human overall use and planning situation analysis of women's investigators to handle the business, bear clothes duty and other conditions, shall be adjusted and assistance in order to avoid physical and mental tension, resulting in work efficiency sluggish, and even affect their work performance. (D) in the center of life the plight of the job involvement, female investigators timely escape from work, should develop their leisure, while recreation habits, police activities by the handle family-style, Arts, Culture and Sport, outdoor outing as a swap, respite female investigators working pressure. Training female investigators leisure, proper Recreation habit. The key factors of the two police organizations should "family" a series of tight female investigators physically and mentally pull in, to do activities or friendship, to swap, respite female investigators working pressure. (E) female investigators work to adapt to the durability, the tally raised their own professional competence and case-handling skills of the establishment to meet the needs of society and look forward to the police organization, the importance of deepening the work of female investigators in the Criminal Investigation and irreplaceable nature. (G) Seven women investigators engaged in criminal investigation work, able to adapt to the workplace for a long time any criminal investigation, should be "family" pull into the workplace one of the areas of work, so that it can "work life" and "life work "in the middle to strike a balance, and a clear understanding of the work is part of life, not all.
