Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 100 === The main purpose of this research mere to explore the Kano model of Coffee Meals service quality and food quality for factors classified .To achieve the purpose, the research used DINESERV service quality scale and domestic scholars food quality-related scale, to construct a Coffee Meals service food quality and food quality questionnaire, and to once in Coffee Meals sin Hsinchu City consumers to dine of for object of research, conducted a questionnaire survey, a total of 289 valid questionnaires.
After collecting data , we used the Kano model to proceed an empirical analysis . The results showed: on the quality of services, professional knowledge , the appearance of the shop, neat and tidy dressing, the contents of the menu, complete the service commitment of time, correct checkout, support each other are the charm factors, beautiful menu, immediate responds , the new messages are the factors,.The rest are the performance factors. In terms of food quality, meals-point types, the same menu with dishes, the appearance of the finished product are the charm factors, others belongs to the performance factors.
