Therefore, the life cycle of it is considerably concerned. While entrepreneurs and operators hope that the enterprises can be flourish for a long time, learners and researchers are trying to explore the regulations and methods of growth in order to remain long-term. However in theory or in practice, systematic literature toward life cycle of the family business is rare. Since 2004, along with the family system as a basis for SMEs(small and medium enterprises), after the conversion, they are also experiencing a growing number of new problems encountered by the family business. How to use their own first-mover advantage, in order to successfully overcome the transition period of the life cycle has gradually become the key challenges for business owners. These family business owners have to face the following problem: Keep up with today's technology development from the original business equipments, whether to expand the scale of the renovation of fixed assets; How family business management transform from the human system to regularization management; Business owners on how to further expand the skills of financial and cost management and cost optimization; In the high-speed growth, how to foster their competitiveness and successfully to transit maturity. The transition to the next stage from this high-growth life-cycle patterns, and to foster their competitiveness are the proposition this article would like to explore. I hope this study can play a little contribution to the business decisions of a similar form of family business owners. James Yeh 葉鳴朗 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 48 zh-TW
