Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 工業管理學系碩士班 === 100 === The purpose of this study was to understand the importance and the satisfaction of the school lunch service quality to the students in self-organized lunch schools, and the correlation between the two factors was explored as well. The differences among students’ background variables were also discussed as well.A questionnaire survey was conducted in this research. By using the self-redacted ‘‘The importance and the satisfaction of the school lunch service quality to the students in self-organized lunch schools’’ as the research tool, 600 copies of questionnaires were distributed at random sampling and 552 of them were effective. The data were statistically analyzed with mean, frequency distribution, t-test, one-way ANOVA.
The major findings of this study were as follows:(1)21.4 percent of thestudents who would not be willing to eat lunch at school. This finding means that it’s necessary to improve the service quality of school lunch. (2) 49.6 percent of the students who like rice cuisine. And 50.4 percent of the studentslikesflour cuisine. This finding means that the school can study more flour cuisine for school lunch. (3) The study on the importance of the School lunch service quality to the students in Self-organized lunch schools was at extremely high level. (4) The study on the satisfaction of the School lunch service quality to the students in Self-organized lunch schools was at high level. (5) The importance of the School lunch service quality to the students inSelf-organized lunch schools was affected by the differences of the living areas, the size of the schools and the type of the main foods. It’s higher for the students who live in the county and the town than those who live in the country. The influence of grades, sex and the family’s economy on the importance of the School lunch service quality to the students in Self-organized lunch schools is not obvious.
(6) The satisfaction of the School lunch service quality to the students inSelf-organized lunch schools was affected by the differences of the living areas, the family’s economy, the willing to have lunch and the type of the main foods. It’s higher for the students who live in the county to those who live in the town or country. The satisfaction of the School lunch service quality to the students who would be willing to have lunch at school are higher than those who would not be willing to have lunch at school. The influence of different grades, sex and the size of the schools on the satisfaction of the School lunch service quality to the students in Self-organized lunch schools is not obvious. (7) This study analyzes the contents which need to be improved immediately for Self-organized lunch schools.
