碩士 === 中華大學 === 工業管理學系碩士班 === 100 === The identity of the successful project is based on a quality, a schedule and a cost, more to the point, it is an aim of the project manager. Over all, it can be seen that this research investigate the staffing theory and a cost of the project, which are time management and cost control, as a result the project has been accomplished according to scheduled. On the other hand, there are a lot of difference in the professional fields of all project members, such as personality traits, management styles, ideas and attitudes, therefore the complexities of the communication problem called "communication complexity", and the quality of member's communication skills reflect a "communication cost" in a project, however it is a great challenge for project manager to manage the capacity of management and minimize the communication of complexity. In conclusion, the purpose of this research analyzed the limit of resources, the effectively control of communication complexity and personnel costs, most importantly the research maintains a good balance in its presentation of different opinions.
