In this study, firstly, we survey the service indicators proposed by other scholars. Then, we use SERVQUAL scale dimensions and FDM to construct the service indicators for the trade union performance assessment. Finally, we apply the AHP to get the weights of the indicators. We hope the study’s results are useful to assess the performance of trade unions.
