This research elderly aged 65 or above who live in Songshan District of Taipei City were voluntarily selected to participate in the program. A cross-sectional study design was conducted validity and Senior Fitness Test . Conclusion of this study are as follows : 1. Functional fitness scores variables of lower-body muscular strength, upper-body muscular strength, cardio-respiratory endurance and agility is progressing, flexibility and balance no change. 2. Health - promoting participation of cognition as a whole was divided into 4.293 . Poor old memories to affect the main reason . Health status of the elderly has significantly positive effect on their health promotion. 3.In the Health-Promoting Lifestyles , the highest score was the “ health responsibility ”, and the lowest score was “ exercise ”. According to the conclusions of study : 1.The findings suggest that the elderly care for life, health and active community involvement helps to successful aging . 2.Behavior deviation in the implementation of the law, recommends that the planning, don't have the time, space and age restrictions , such as training courses , organized societies , through peer support groups , develop exercise habits . 3.Response to the aging society coming , school restructuring offer of education program for the elderly , actively cultivating the elderly teachers.
