Other domestic and foreign large-scale incinerators, usually combined with the characteristics of large-scale boilers, waste storage pit, diesel tank and general factory workplace. Although the operating environment contain the potential hazards of unsafe, but the fire disaster is the most serious and threatening. Especially in the design of complex plants have open flame operations or storage of large quantities of flammable substances in the workplace. In the event of a fire incinerators are more dangerous than the other buildings. This study started from literature review, inspection visits to the incinerators and a questionnaire. Analyzed the survey results with statistical analysisand got the major recommendation for Neihu incineration plant safety assessment. Other considerations in disaster like the garbage incinerator due to unexpected accident (such as earthquakes, floods, storms) and result in damage to equipment. Evalute Neihu incineration plant in the execution of the security plan during the disaster. Neihu incineration plant within the study subjects,Let the operating drillunderstand security assessment and incineration plant to a thorough understanding of the types of disasters and the use of fire-fighting equipment. It is important for everyone to familiar with the mission in fire self-defense grouping.
