Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 商管專業學院 === 100 === In recent years, the prevalence of dialysis in Taiwan has been the first in the world, and the National Health Insurance expenditure as much as 30 billion NT in the dialysis annually. Under conditions of limited health insurance resources, to avoid the occurrence of kidney disease is a very important part of preventive medicine. The current situation in Taiwan is a high prevalence of chronic kidney disease, but low patient insight. Therefore, the purpose of this study is wonder to find some risk factor that are the most relevant to chronic kidney disease, especially for the elderly in the New Taipei City, Xinzhuang region. Then we can take effective way to prevent chronic kidney disease from occurring, and wish the dialysis population will be decline in the future. The method of this study is analyzing the database of the chronic kidney disease in New Taipei City, Xinzhuang certain Clinic. Statistical methods in this study are as follows: using the ANOVA for the single variable analysis. And use the SPSS backward method for multi-variables analysis. And use the average difference test for understanding the effect between the smoking and the kidney function. The research results as follows: 1.According to statistical result, people will get chronic kidney disease about the age of 60. So we can suggest that people should do kidney health check from 60 years old annually in our country. 2.For patients with high blood pressure, high diastolic blood pressure is the main reason which causes the chronic kidney disease. It will have prevention effect for the deterioration of nephropathy if we have good control of diastolic blood pressure below 85 mmHg. 3.There is showing no significant between the low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and renal function. It is represents that blood cholesterol should be an indirect factor, rather than a direct factor for the disease of chronic kidney disease. 4.For patients with diabetes, using the HbA1c should be a better indicators for prevent the chronic kidney disease. It will have some help for prevent deterioration of renal function if we can control of glycated hemoglobin values below 7%. 5.For patients with gout disease, this study indicates that people at long-term high uric acid that may force gouts patients to enter the vicious cycle of chronic kidney disease. We should inform to the people particularly.
