To discuss the student's personal playfulness factors caused by the interference effect. The sample is some students from the vocational college. The data use the secondary analysis and questionnaire survey. And use SPSS statistical analysis, anticipated findings are able to offer the vocational college's curriculum design and service industry manager counseling intern practice reference. The results show that the learning effectiveness and professional commitment had positively influence partial interference effect. Personal playfulness and the learning effectiveness had not positively influence partial interference effect. We suggest that functions oriented curriculum of the vocational college's competence-based, committed to finding local businesses as a partner to establish long-term cooperative relationship with the industry, thereby establishing the internship period of work meets the goal of the school to cultivate. And adjust the teaching methods, and look forward to encourage students to think independently, to understand self and in-depth exploration of the direction of their favorite. I. C. Lee S. J.
